Home Stretch is an eight-hour homebuyer workshop that covers all of the essential steps that buyers should take in order to realize their dream of homeownership. Sign up today to prepare yourself to be a successful homeowner.

A total of $24.6 million is available for eligible businesses and nonprofits in Hennepin County. Grant applications are available through Thursday, January 14 at noon to eligible small businesses and nonprofits that have been financially harmed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Sole proprietors with a physical commercial location and no W-2 employees: $10,000

• Home-based businesses with W-2 employees: $10,000

• Organizations with a commercial location and W-2 employees, other than an owner: $15,000

Businesses that received a previous small business relief grant from Hennepin County are eligible to apply for additional funding this round. However, priority will be given to first time applicants.

The African Economic Development Solutions (AEDS) is incredibly honored and excited to announce our award of a $200,000 grant for the Little Africa Plaza from the Reinvestment Fund’s America’s Healthy Food Financing Initiatives (HFFI) Targeted Small Grants Program. The Reinvestment Fund administers the HFFI Grant on behalf of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
